5th, 6th, 7th - I had strep so I took rest days
8th - 8 basketball 3 on 3 games, outside in 3 hours
9th - yoga and hill sprints, with my 2 daughters and niece
10th - Upper Body
11th - Lower Body
12th - Full Body
13th - Hill Sprints
14th - Lots of walking
15th - Rest Day
16th - 1 mile

18th-Rest
19th-Yoga
20th-Full body
21st-Rest
22nd-Yoga
